My kids and I make this for every event where we need a quick fun dessert.  
But a Christmas cookie tray wouldn't be complete without it!


Reese Bars


2 cups powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter
1 stick + 3 tbs. melted butter 1 - 12 oz. package chocolate chips
16 graham cracker squares, crushed

Melt butter and add to peanut butter.  Add graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.  Spread in a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.  Melt chocolate chips.  Spread evenly over peanut butter mixture.  Refrigerate for ten more minutes, then score them into squares.  Refrigerate until hardened.
